Airasia777 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions binding all users who access or use airasia777's services. Please read this document carefully in its entirety before registering or using any part of our platform.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all users in Malaysia.
1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by airasia777, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the airasia777 platform.
Acceptance of these terms is deemed to take effect immediately when you:
- Completing the account registration process;
- Accessing or browsing any page on the airasia777 platform;
- Making any deposit or withdrawal transaction; or
- Using any game or betting feature provided on the platform.
Users must be at least 18 years of age to register for and use airasia777's services. This platform does not accept registrations from individuals below this age. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.
2. Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities
Each user is only permitted to maintain one active account on the airasia777 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the termination of all accounts involved without warning.
During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and current information. airasia777 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including valid proof of identity documents. Failure to provide the required verification documents may result in account suspension or closure.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keeping your account password confidential;
- Ensuring that no third party has access to your account;
- Notifying us immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised; and
- All activity that occurs through your account, whether with or without your knowledge.
Airasia777 shall not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of an account due to a user's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
3. Platform Usage Rules and Prohibited Activities
Users agree to use the airasia777 platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and not for any purpose that violates applicable law. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and legal action:
- Using automated software, bots, or any technical means to manipulate games or platform systems;
- Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage;
- Using false information or another person's identity during registration or transactions;
- Conducting any money laundering activities through this platform;
- Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities or system errors for personal gain;
- Distributing offensive, inciting, or unlawful content through any of the platform's communication channels.
Airasia777 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including freezing funds in the accounts involved while the investigation is ongoing.
4. Payments, Deposits, and Transactions in MYR
All transactions on the airasia777 platform are conducted in MYR. Users are responsible for ensuring that deposits are made using a payment method registered in their own name. Deposits made using third-party accounts may be rejected and the funds returned to their original source.
Supported payment methods include DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and internet banking transfers from licensed financial institutions in Malaysia. The list of available payment methods is subject to change from time to time in accordance with platform policy.
For fund withdrawals:
- The account must have been verified with valid proof of identity documents;
- Withdrawals are only processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the account holder's name;
- Withdrawal processing times depend on the method selected and may take between one to three business days;
- Airasia777 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for security verification purposes where required.
Airasia777 is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by a user's financial institution in connection with deposit or withdrawal transactions.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property, and Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
The airasia777 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any implied or express warranties. airasia777 does not guarantee that the service will be available at all times without interruption, free from technical errors, or that it will meet all user requirements. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, airasia777 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform.
Intellectual Property
All content on the airasia777 platform, including logos, interface design, text, graphics, icons, and software, is the exclusive intellectual property of airasia777 or our licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, or use such content for commercial purposes without written consent from airasia777.
Third-Party Links
The airasia777 platform may contain references or links to third-party services. airasia777 does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Account Policy, Changes to Terms, and Applicable Law
Account Suspension and Closure
Airasia777 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated any terms in this document, engaged in fraudulent activity, or misused the platform. In cases where an account is suspended due to a terms violation, airasia777 reserves the right to withhold the account balance while an investigation is carried out. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our customer support.
Changes to These Terms
Airasia777 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon being published on this page. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the procedures established under the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
